My stay at New Moon Hotel in Hanoi was very mixed. The location is quite convenient, with just a short walk to some key attractions, but the room I stayed in left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The staff were friendly enough, but they weren't able to help when I needed directions. The hotel offers basic amenities, and while it's affordable, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a comfortable stay.

I had a great experience at this hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff who really made my stay enjoyable. The rooms were good-sized and comfortable, plus the breakfast included was a highlight, especially with the option for freshly made meals.
